Just A Thing

Just A Thing

Poem By Ameera Shah

I was like a plain new paper,
you painted me with your colors.
you changed my place and made me worth;
you cared lik a show piece and i bloomed like a flower.
Anyhow i was commodity for you, one day you threw.
Just like a painting, hanging for days;
you lost the interest, i was no more a grace.
So you crumbled me like a paper and aimmed at the bin,
the truth is that, you were selfish and mean.
I wasn't a paper, I had feelings;
you treated me like a paper but i was not just a thing,
you put me down for some other bitch.
i could be a boon but u deserve a curse;
so your wish is accepted my dear!
I ll pay you back all your pain,
i ll always hold you back like stubborn stain!
