We The People

Elected officials over voices hear,
Towns and cities everywhere,
We don't need a higher tax,
What we need is our country back. The economy and the world national debt,
By all that is holy, they can't solve it yet,
It'll get better, maybe I guess,
Matter of speaking, boy what a mess. Walk the streets,
Look around,
People hurting,
Voices sound. This country that I love so dear,
Amid hardships doubts and fears,
People, we must share the blame,
And lift her banner once again. On logic we must all depend,
Defend her morals to the end.
"We The People," Qualify,
Now's the time to sink or try.
