Some people tend to say what if,
by William Hudson
what if I didn't fall off that cliff.
I wouldn't have seen the things if seen,
or have dreamed these things I dream.
I wouldn't have went through it all,
all the sex, drugs, and alcohol.
I wouldn't have met all the friends,
the ones ill keep till the end.
I wouldn't have went through the grief,
and my mom would still be mine to keep.
But when you start to say what if,
be damn glad you fell of that cliff.
Because on your way to the ground,
just know you lived the whole way down.
