What's My Line?

Poem By Rachel Brewer

I’m standing here in front of you,
I don’t know what to say.
So I ask the people around me to help,
I’ll ask them ‘what’s my line? ’
They stand there looking at me as if I’m stupid,
As I look desperately for the words.
I ask again and again ‘what’s my line’
And they just stand there and laugh.
What game are they playing?
I just want to talk to you,
But how can I?
If I don’t know my line?

Where The Wild Things Are

Do you want to know where the wild things are?
If you do, come with me now.
If you don’t, why are you here?

The voices all around me,
Bouncing around the room.
You cannot begin to understand,
Can’t imagine the gloom.

Shine Your Light

You shine your light on me,
All the time, every day.
And I feel it all the time.
You shine on me and make me great.

Kill Me, Kill Me Now

Kill me, kill me now.
Because my life isn’t worth the wait.
I ask you, to end my life,
So I don’t go through the pain,

To all my friends that have come and gone,
I have been thinking about you,
Thinking that I should have said so many things that I didn’t,
Things like I love you, so much and I will always love you until the end of time,

The Angel

An angel came to me in the night, and asked me to dance.
The angel wanted to save me, save my soul.
The angel asked me if I would die tonight.
He said he could take away all of my pain.
