When I Die

WhenIdie, still I see
the long banana leaves
erected in the air
torn out in the wind

Still,I can ride my bicycle
among the cows
that carried heavy breasts
through the dusty narrow street

Still, I canchase water boats
made out ofmy math book
that always grinned
the teeth of math teacher,
floatingon the muddy rain water.

I can seeinnumerable lizards
that urinated on my head
to make my hair grey
before I leave my school bag
faded uniform and faceless teachers
with dusty blackboard.
