When I Lost You Mother

Poem By Sandy Roby

When I lost you Mother
I never felt so much pain
My sorrow as deep as the ocean
My tear drops fell like the rain

I hurt so deep I was bleeding
In my heart, my soul and my mind
I am lost. Im afraid. I am lonely
I will never feel your hand in mine.

When I lost you, Mother
It was the sadest day of my life
Nothing will ever hurt me as much
As telling you Mother, goodbye

How Can It Be

How can it be the world still turning
The sun will rise and set each day.

How can it be my heart still beating
