Where Are You, Dad?

Poem By Tork Souad Diana

When the first ray gleams
It's a new day so it seems
As I wait for you to call my name
My heart beats fast, it's hard to tame.

Waiting and waiting to hear your voice
My soul's aching, but I have no choice
As I slowly crawl out from my bed
You then appear in my head...

And as I run into your room
Your smile, your laugh to see soon
I see the sheets so white and lonely
Without you, dad, it's all too empty..

I swim again through past
I'm overwhelmed by pain,
Scenes are moving fast
I feel like I'm in chain.

Be My Valentine

My soul is filled with yearning
My nights are full of dreams
My heart is always burning
You can almost hear its screams.

Alone Together In The Darkness

Alone together in the darkness
I can hear your heart beat
Alone together in the darkness
I would ask for your heat

The Wanderer

The night is dim
The streets so blank
My mind is grim
I think I've sunk.
