Winter Heart

Poem By Kostas Lagos

A stray dog seeks shelter,
as heavy rain falls down

While black clouds are hiding the sun
cold wind blows, freezing the streets

I fear not the wind, the rain, the cold
I only fear the absence of love in my heart
