Withered Rose

Withered rose
(The logic why not to be gloomy)

The spring of amour had left
Leaving thee in horrid sun.
Withered rose, my heart!
Why dreameth thou in vain?

The seasons obeyed nature
And you a stupid flower!
Why to become a dreamer
Pining yourself in tears forever?

The fragrance of sweet earth
Accepts any thing that struggles
As the wheel of time runs forth
All these passions will perish.

Bloom in the eternal love
In the sweet company of earth
For it has no friend or foe
Bloom bloom in the infinite mirth.
