You Are

Poem By NAYANIKA DEY

You are my heart's home,
You are those reborn rays of light,
Even amidst darkness that roam.
You are the fragrant filled breath,
That my lungs intake
If you are a sin
I'd love to be a sinner,
To perpetrate this sin
And repeat this mistake.
You are my untamed desires,
Perfect present,
And priceless morrows,
For whom I'd strip
My instincts bare.
You are the blissful sparks
To my endless beginnings
You are my mindful obsession,
Bordered with heartfelt devotion.

If you are a sin I'd love to be a sinner, my untamed desires, For whom I'd strip My instincts bare. Beautiful poem going to bring the reader to eros. Thank you for this fine and delicate love poem. tony
poetic idea is as lofty, idealistic and exquisite as pure feelings which make the readers love YOU whom the poet invokes with sincere and devoted heart; here not only poet himself but all long for this YOU as a manifestation of self existence that pervades the flavor of love as spirit of creation in this poem.....thanks a lot for sharing Nayanika!
