You Fit Into Me

You fit into me
like a hook into an eye

a fish hook
an open eye

A 10 Topscore for this entertaining poem. CONGRATULATIONS for being chosen as The Modern Poem Of The Day Hurray! I have enjoyed much this brevity. Not to exaggerate: I like very much reading all your poems, so very entertaining and a for my ears and eyes, Mrs. Atwood. God's Blessings.
Short thought provoking poem, a cute clear verse that can be explained in many ways. To my opinion: too many ways, since the list will be too long and no space enough if I start to write these kind of ways. Indeed You Fit Into Me, that's true poetically said. Thank you so much dear poetess Mrs. Atwood. I love reading all your poems, they fit into me.
" An open eye" ! To fit in. Thanks for sharing this poem with us.
