You're Caught Up A Lot

Gimme other than your knuckles.
To make this fight stop.
Or a swinging belt buckle.
That lands on my head to leave a knot.
I am not...
Knocking on your door to bring a threat.
No I am not...
The cause of you to be with me upset.
But you will not...
Listen to a word I have to say.
Because...
A TV watcher you are.
Letting your mind decay.

You're caught up a lot,
With feelings that are evil.
And,
You're caught up a lot,
On believing it's the people.
Be they Black, Chinese or Jew,
You don't want them near you.
Or in your view.
Oh...
You're caught up a lot,
In a hatred that is racist.
Yes...
You're caught up a lot,
Taking Hispanics for granted.
Yet...
If it wasn't for this people,
You would have nothing to eat.

You're caught up a lot,
In your mess that's excessive.
And...
You're caught up a lot,
In a nonsense too aggressive.
Yet...
You can't stop to think about,
Who started this B.S.
Yes...
You're caught up a lot,
In ambitions that are vicious.
Yes...
You're caught up a lot,
In beliefs that you are better.
And...
You're caught up a lot,
Being easily deceived.
In denial and deluded,
Leaving your mind diseased.

Yes...
You're caught up a lot,
In your own pain.
Admit it...
You're caught up a lot,
In your own pain!
