Youth's Cry

Why am I to leave my humble abode
For land afar where guns explode
Ruining human temples of God? Why am I to kill or suffer or die
For money, power and greed? Fie!
A blight and shame on people of God! I request no war, only peace
With hope and joy of life, a lease
To love and work for the Glory of God. Rulers, listen to my serious cry,
And seek a way to live not die
Among the many Wonders of God.
