Tshifhiwa Given Mukwevho has had his short stories and poems published in numerous South African literary journals and youth arts magazines, such as Carapace, Timbila, Botsotso, New Contrast, Fidelities, Makoya and more. He is a prolific writer, and has once stayed in jail for almost 11 years on charges of breaking into shops in Makhado (Louis Trichardt) town.
